Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Okotoks, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a 4,400-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of an indoor/outdoor pickleball and tennis centre. The facility will feature 12 indoor and 12 outdoor pickleball courts; 4 Instructional Indoor courts; a players lounge; restaurant and bar, grandstand seating and change rooms. Construction will be phased; phase one (1) to include the indoor facility and phase two (2), the outdoor courts. TIMELINE: Construction is underway.
