Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bennettsville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Furnish and install new HVAC equipment at 404 Country Club Drive Bennettsville, SC 29512. The equipment manufacturers will be Trane, York or Carrier. 1. Furnish and install new HVAC equipment at 404 Country Club Drive Bennetsville, S.C. 2. Contractor to take down and dispose of all existing equipment outside and inside in the ac, including all duct work 3. Contractor will furnish and install 4-5 ton- 14 seer split system heat pumps=3 phase equipment. 4. Contractor will furnish and install a new 400 amp 3 phase panel box with new breakers and disconnect if needed and remove two old panel boxes. 5. Contractor will furnish and install new duct work metal trunk lines with insulation with flex branch line runs, limited to 15 feet with all new registers. 6. All permits will be obtained by the contractor. 7. All taxes to be included in the contractor's proposal. 8. Contractor to provide all insurance requirements prior to the contract award required by owner. 9. The awarded contract bidder will provide all materials and labor according to the scope of the work listed above. 10. It will mandatory for the contractor to make a site visit.
