Per South Carolina Department of Corrections - Bid Date was Extended The scope of work is to remove and replace the existing obsolete Fire Alarm Systems campus-wide, with multiple buildings, at Evans Correctional Institution with a new Fire Alarm System in accordance with all applicable codes. Bid Alternate#1: Provide bid alternate to provide additional detection throughout the facility. Project Location: Evans CI, 610 HWY 9, W Bennettsville, SC 29512 BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
