Fairchild AFB, WA has a requirement for maintenance services to be performed on two power substations in accordance with the Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA462024QA202 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-02 Effective January 22, 2024. This acquisition is Substation Maintenance Services and will utilize the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 Commercial and Industry Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5M and PSC J061 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Electric Wire and Power Distribution.
