This work consists of RTUis, AHUis, new ductwork, insulation of ductwork, new controls, cooling coils, VAVis, LED lighting, new fire alarm, and new acoustical ceiling tile. In addition, the project has improvements consisting of a garage demo, a new parking lot, lot lights, sidewalks, new windows at Elementary wing, new roofing as indicated, and remodeled SPED bathroom. .
