Contract 230202-04 2024 Water Treatment Facility Improvements Description: The Project generally consists of the following: o Major rehabilitation of the existing concrete filters and ion exchange softeners. o Construction of new chemical room additions, electrical room addition, and stairwell addition. o Installation of new process equipment including valves and actuators, air wash blower, compressed air system, and chemical feed systems. o Installation of a new mechanical HVAC system. o Installation of a new general and process electrical system and controls. o Installation of a new backup emergency generator. o Miscellaneous architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical improvements. o Miscellaneous site improvements.
