Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Henning, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility; for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Site Address: 51122 Rocky Ridge Rd Site Directions: From highway 210 head east on Rocky Ridge Road. The project site is on the south side of Rocky Ridge Road. The project generally involves the following activities: 1. Provide and install stormwater best management practices to minimize erosion and siltation prior to disturbing any area. 2. Site clearing and grubbing. 3. Excavate and fill to subbase grades. 4. Excavate and replace any unsuitable soil materials below subbase grades as directed by the Engineer. 5. Excavate, segregate, load and haul any historic waste encountered to Dakota Landfill in Gwinner ND (store waste on PVC poly as needed if stockpiling). 6. Provide construction staking. 7. Provide, haul and install all necessary structural fill. 8. Utilities installation. 9. Vehicle Scale installation. 10. Metal building construction. 11. Connect power to Owner provided compactor. Owner has contracted with DMH Companies for delivery and installation of the compactor. 12. Install concrete bunkers including post beam roof structure. 13. Concrete foundation, push walls, and slab on grade construction. 14. Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing and Communications. 15. Furnish and install paving (concrete, asphalt). 16. Install permanent stormwater control features. 17. Topsoil, seed, and fertilize disturbed areas and soil stockpiles. 18. Repair any damaged area including resurfacing of roads as needed. 19.
