All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted only in writing to Abigail Kenyon, Director of Community Development, akenyon@granby-ct.gov, who will confirm receipt of the question. All questions must be received by Thursday October 19, 2023. The Town of Granby reserves the right to amend or terminate this request for qualifications, accept all of part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Granby. The Town of Granby is accepting qualifications from qualified environmental and engineering firms or from qualified professionals to serve as the Granby Wetlands Agent, providing professional and technical assistance to the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission. The successful respondent will review application materials for completeness and accuracy with the Wetlands Regulations; present findings and recommendations to the Commission; assist the public in understanding and complying with applicable regulations and ordinances; and meet the requirements of an authorized agent as defined by state statute.
