**As of February 13, 2024 the awarded contractor is Fahrner Asphalt Sealers, LLC and the awarded amount is $65,570.35** 2024 HMA Preventative Maintenance The proposed base bid consists of preparation, crack sealing, rubberized crack repair with spray injected aggregate, fog sealing, and other miscellaneous items of work on approximately 25,000 lineal feet of roadway and multi-use paths. The proposed alternate bid consist of preparation, crack sealing, rubberized crack repair with spray injected aggregate, fog sealing, and other miscellaneous items of work on various parking areas. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. If a successful Bidder fails to execute and file the required contract and bond, Bidder agrees to forfeit bid deposit to the City as liquidated damages. The Council reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Est.
