Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Niverville, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Request for Proposal for the 2024 Town of Niverville Street & Sidewalk Renewals. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified contractors for a price to perform the work. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on April 29th, 2024, or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in writing. The overall scope of the work shall include: Reconstruction of over 3400m2 of 4th Avenue complete with asphalt paving, curbing, land drainage systems, sidewalks and driveway and landscaping restoration. Reconstruction of over 900m2 of Edelweiss Crescent and Church Avenue. Repaving of over 1700m2 of pavement in 5th Avenue Estates including a concrete carry through. Installation of over 60m of sidewalk and over 60m of asphalt pathways plus additional sidewalk repairs.
