**As of February 9, 2024, This project has been awarded to Gerard Tank & Steel. With the awarded amount of $6300000.** Est. Completion Date: Aug. 29, 2025 Complete construction of a new 1,250,000 gallon composite steel elevated tank, process piping and pumps, site work and site piping, electrical and instrumentation, and miscellaneous appurtenant work to complete the project. Contractors resident in South Dakota who intend in good faith to submit a Bid shall be furnished one (1) free paper set of proposed forms, plans, and specifications upon request. All proposals shall be made on forms provided by the Engineer. Project Goals - Disadvantaged/Minority Enterprises........................................1% Project Goals - Women's Business Enterprises.................................................4% All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
