Renovation of a residential development in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
All work associated with the Installation of 4 key fob initiated, automatic door openers on the common entry doors located at buildings # 12, 16, 24, and 30. All questions and requests for interpretation must be submitted in writing to jhardenbergh@tauntonhousing.com no later than 12:00 p.m. on November 3, 2023. Questions and requests for interpretation may be responded to via addendum, as determined by the RCAT. For BIDS/CONTRACTS exceeding $25,000: 100% Performance and Payment Bonds are REQUIRED The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for Installation of automatic door openers prepared by the Southeast Regional Capital Assistance Team (RCAT) acting as and referred to in the Contract Documents as the RCAT/Architect/Engineer.
