Instructions to Respondents Project Information: The Tacoma School District is requesting qualifications from firms interested in providing Design/Build (D/B) services related to the Lowell Elementary School (LES) Replacement project. The alternate Public Works contracting procedure authorized in RCW 39.10.300 through 39.10.330 will be utilized for this project. This project will utilize the Progressive Design/Build delivery method. Firms with previous design/build experience or experience using a similar alternative construction delivery format are encouraged to apply. During the project, the Design/Builder will receive direction from designated representatives in the Tacoma Public Schools (TPS) Planning & Construction Office and will work collaboratively as a member of a team to achieve project objectives.
