AS of January 4, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The Work required for this Project includes: Demolition of (1) residential structure with attached garage excluding the deck and pilings. Disposal of building materials and waste. Demolition of miscellaneous items including fencing, mailbox and awnings. Disconnection of utilities including sanitary sewer, water, power and communication.
