Former Reliable Tire Co. Environmental Remediation 1115 Chestnut Street (Block 1302, Lot 1), Camden, New Jersey. Work consists of the following items, complete and as specified within the Bid Specification: Soil Erosion & Sediment Control (SESC); Removal and Disposal of USTs; Excavation and Disposal of Hot Spot Contaminated Soils; and, Site Restoration. Inquiries regarding the project shall be sent by fax or email no later than Friday, October 27, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. to Alicia Flammia, Email: aflammia@brsinc.com. No oral response to any question by any Camden Redevelopment Agency employee or agent shall be binding on the Camden Redevelopment Agency or in any way considered to be a commitment by the Camden Redevelopment Agency. During the proposal preparation of response period, the Camden Redevelopment Agency may issue addenda, including amendments for answers to written inquiries. Those addenda will be noticed by the Camden Redevelopment Agency and will constitute a part of the Bid Specification. All proposals will be prepared with full consideration for the addenda issued prior to the Proposal Submission Date. Addenda shall be issued no later than Wednesday, November 1, 2023. Bidders Must Comply with New Jersey Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Requirements (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27).
