The Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board (SMCDSB) is seeking submissions for the provision of Portable Relocation Skirting, Steps and Landings on an as required basis. The intent of this RFT is to award the contract to one qualified vendor in accordance with the evaluation and selection process defined in this RFT. The majority of services will commence around the end of June and continue through the summer and into the fall. The Proponent must ensure that they reserve and allocate sufficient resources (equipment and manpower) to maintain this schedule. In addition, relocations may occur at other times of the year. The Board currently has a requirement to service 12 classroom portables. Work to commence immediately following the award. The Board will endeavour to schedule services with the Contractor well in advance. The Board has fifty-two (52) locations throughout Simcoe County, the District of Muskoka, and the Town of Parry Sound, covering a geographical area from Bracebridge/Huntsville/Parry Sound to the north, Bradford/Tottenham to the south, Collingwood in the west and Brechin in the east; and consists of forty-one (41) elementary schools, nine (9) secondary schools and three (3) administrative offices (1 admin office is within a school). The term of the contract will be from date of award to September 30, 2024.
