The work locations are: PR 270 from PTH 25 to start of pavement at Rapid City on south side of town PR 270 from North JCT of PTH 24 to 3 km’s north of PTH 16 (South Boundary of Harrison Park) PR 355 from PR 264 to 8 km’s east of PTH 21 to West Boundary of Oakview PR 355 from East JCT of PR 250 end of pavement to 5 KM’s east of PR 270 JCT West Boundary of Minto-Odanah PR 469 from PR 264 to .3 KM’s West of PTH 21 Completition Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Pass Kilometer A Liquidated Damage of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 48 Hours Following Notification From the Ca. Liquidated Damages Shall Continue to Be Assessed Daily Until the Assigned Project is Complete. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: March 31, 2024.
