Demolition, site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

Under this RFP, the Department will engage a Design-Builder to provide any and all design, permitting and construction including, but not limited to, temporary utilities, public art installation, furniture, fixtures, equipment and coordination, move-in logistical support for a fully functional turn-key Project. The Project shall be complete, operating, and ready for use on or before the Substantial Completion Date and within the Project Budget as specified in Part 1, Section 1.3, and Section 1.5 of this RFP. The scope of work for the Project aims to meet the following goals: A. Demolish existing Fort Davis Recreation Center building. B. Design & Construct a new recreation center at Fort Davis to meet the growing needs of the population. C. Provide enhancements to the existing exterior amenities at Fort Davis. D.
