Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project consists of HVAC, controls, windows, and bathroom upgrades at 6 facilities in Berkeley County Schools (The Owner). This bid package covers the General Trades upgrades at the facilities indicated below. This project is a performance contract with scope funded from energy and operational savings. The successful General Trades Contractor will be a subcontractor to CMTA. The goal of this project is to provide a functional, quality system at an economical price. Please refer to the plans and specifications for the complete project scope. Mechanical, electrical, lighting, controls and asbestos abatement scopes of work will be performed by separate CMTA subcontractors. Coordination with these crafts is essential to a successful project. Listed below is a summary of the scope of work.
