Renovation of a mixed-use development in Melita, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the renovation of Melita School Science Classroom located on 125 North St, Melita, Manitoba, and further identified as Melita School Science Classroom Renovation. The work encompassed the renovation of one existing science classroom. There is no crawl space in the area of work. There is a mechanical trench under the classroom area in the scope of work. The Science Classroom is located on the main floor of the building. Bids shall be accompanied by security deposit as follows: Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of Bid price.
