Renovation of a medical facility in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
1- Remove and dispose of two (2) existing overhead sectional doors, operators, controls and all accessories including electrical distribution at each of the EMS Stations (total of 8 doors). 2- Supply and installation of two (2) new commercial overhead doors per EMS Station installed with one full vision section per door, springless direct drive VFD operator per door including all controls, power distribution, wiring and conduits. 3- Reconnect existing access control system including conduits, wiring. 4- Provide commissioning for services for door installation. 5- Supply and installation of conduit and wiring systems including all accessories, electrical boxes, mounting hardware etc. 6- Any work not shown on specification but shown on drawings or shown on drawings but not on the specifications shall be considered as part of the scope of work. 7- Co-ordinate the entire work with the consultation and approval of the Region.
