As of February 5, 2024, the project has been awarded. Sealed Bids for the following: Snow Plowing / Removal Services 2023 - 2024 Proposal must be made on the standard proposal form provided. The City of Passaic does not require a Bid Bond or Performance Guarantee for the Bid. The City reserves the right to back charge at a rate equal to the bid price per hour for a non-response. The City of Passaic is only responsible for forwarding addendums or clarifications to those prospective bidders who obtained specifications directly from the City of Passaic, Division of Purchasing or to those who have put the City of Passaic Division of Purchasing on notice as having received the specification. Bidders must be registered with the Division of Revenue, State of New Jersey for a Business Registration Certificate at the time of contract award. If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The City Council has the right to consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt.
