PC#242-B3242-010 The project is generally described as the removal and replacement of the modified bitumen roofing system with a new modified bitumen roofing system and other work indicated in the contract documents. The roofing system shall obtain a 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty. The primary and overflow roof drainage system shall be upgraded to comply with 2018 VCC. Abandoned rooftop equipment, penetrations, curb, and pitch pockets shall be removed and the openings shall be infilled. Liquid applied flashing system shall be used at the majority of the roof penetrations as indicated in the documents. A Bid Bond is required. All pre-bid questions must be received no later than 2:00 PM on November 14, 2023.
