Site work and paving for a civil project in Newport News, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide all Work and materials for the Main Street BMP project. The BMP project is desired to keep water at minimal levels at the pump station underpass, with a view to preventing flooding of the underpass. Additionally, the community is expected to benefit from the project by having an additional facility for events and recreation.
