Site work for a water / sewer project in Newport News, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project includes the installation of an approximately 60 LF new small boat fender system including timber piles, new rubber fenders, concrete repairs, new safety ladders and new permanent life ring stands. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Work to be completed in: 210 Days to Substantial; 60 Days to Final The Project located at 900 Terminal Avenue impacts portions of Parcel ID 319000118 and 319000101 and involves the installation of an approximately 60 LF new small boat fender system with timber piles, new rubber fenders, concrete repairs, new safety ladders and new permanent life ring stands. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following: Install 5 new safety ladders. Install 5 new permanent life ring stands. Remove lower, small boat timber fender system full length (55+- LF) (60% of existing timber fender system in place). Remove 3 existing ladders. Install 60 LF of new small boat fender system. Concrete cap repairs. Provide new rubber fender where damaged/detached and replace hardware where required.
