The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (Colville Tribes) seeks proposals from qualified entities ("Firms" or "Offerors") to provide janitorial services at the Colville Resident Fish Hatchery, located at 79 Tribal Hatchery Rd., Bridgeport, Washington, 98813. Janitorial services will include cleaning two offices, break room, hallways, four restrooms and lab areas no less than every other week. Specific details on services requested are identified within this Request For Proposal (RFP) under 3.2 Scope of Work. Since the facility is federally funded, all respondents will be required to provide proof that they a registered through sams.gov and Bacon Davis wages apply Scope of Work Qualified individuals will provide janitorial services to the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation Resident Fish Hatchery. Specific duties will include cleaning two offices, lunch/break room, hallways, four restrooms and lab areas approximately twice a month but no less than every other week. Services will include the following: 1. Trash removal throughout offices, lunch/break room, lab and bathrooms 2. Clean and restock all restrooms 3. Sweep and mop floors (vinyl and tile) throughout offices, lunch, lab and restroom areas 4. Dust and clean surfaces and high dust for cobwebs 5. Wipe and disinfect desks, tables and countertops 6. Vacuum door mats and spot clean door area and switch covers 7. Restock toilet paper, paper towel, and hand soap dispensers 8. Cleaning days and times will be coordinated with Hatchery Manager The hatchery will provide products such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners and hand soap for restocking dispensers. Garbage may be disposed of on-site in large dumpster. Candidate selected to perform cleaning services must provide all cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies necessary to complete work.
