**As of December 14, 2023, project was awarded to Reliable Excavating Co., Inc. , awarded amount is $39,037.50.** The Town of Westport reserves the right to waive any defects and informality in the bidding, or in any bid to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever and to accept that bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 15% of the bid. Bids that are not accompanied by a bid bond will be deemed non-responsive.
