Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to an educational facility in Nortonville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a 64,640-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Addition of two-story 64,640 SF Middle School to existing Elementary School, including Gymnasium / Storm Shelter. Addition to and renovation of existing kitchen. The Owner is providing some mechanical equipment under a state price contract with Trane. The General Contractor will be responsible for all additional work required for a complete mechanical system and coordination with Trane. Project cost range is anticipated to $22,686,000.00 Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders. Any bids not submitted on the proper form shall not be considered.
