The contract involves the replacement of nearly 5,000 LF of small diameter waterlines along two city roadways in southern Hopkins County, all within the City of Nortonville. Activity ID No.:APE20250001 Question Deadline 08/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. This project will be funded with City Reserve monies and with Cleaner Water Program (CWP) grant funds administered through the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (KIA). Applicable CWP requirements and provisions must be met by the Bidder and all subcontractors. Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in this project. The City of Nortonville is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Note that the OWNER reserves the right to award only a portion of the work, at the stated unit prices, due to limited funds available for the project. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the time set for receiving proposals.
