Site work for a mixed-use development in Nortonville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
The work includes the demolition of approximately 1,244 SY of old sidewalk and installation of approximately 1,341 SY of new ADA compliant sidewalk. The project also involves Heavy Duty Sidewalk, Concrete Entrance Pavement, Detectable Warnings, Culvert Piping, and the installation of a small pedestrian bridge. Pre-qualification requirements: All bidders must be pre-qualified with KYTC to be eligible to submit a bid on this project. A 5% bid bond is required for bid submittal. This project is subject to Bacon-Davis Prevailing Wage Rates. The DBE Goal is 0.0%. Attention is called to requirements regarding equal employment opportunity, and minority bidders are encouraged to bid.
