The City of Hazard is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: BUCKHORN WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND RAW WATER INTAKE PROJECT. The Project includes the following Work: To construct a new 3.0 MGD Actiflo Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Raw Water Intake(RWI) with all related appurtenances and construction activities. The Project has an expected duration of_____730________ days. Domestic Preference This project is subject to the American Iron and Steel (AIS requirements instituted by Section746ofTitleVII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 and subsequent annual appropriations for WWD programs).
