This security may be in the form of a certified check payable to the "Town of New Castle", a bid or cash. If a contract award is made, the Bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish 100% and Labor and Material Bonds from an acceptable surety company in the total amount of the awarded contract in the form included in the Specifications and Bid/Contract Documents.
