The City of Sherwood, Oregon (the "City") is requesting Proposals to select a qualified civil engineer to provide ongoing capital project engineering support services as an augmentation to the Engineering staff. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the qualifications based selection procedures of OAR 137-048-0220. Proposers are invited to demonstrate their experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to the services required by responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP). This Project does not involve federal funds. The City of Sherwood reserves the right to (1) reject any or all proposals not in compliance with public contracting procedures; (2) postpone award of the contract for a period not to exceed 180 days from the date of proposal opening; (3) waive informalities in the proposals; and (4) select the proposal that appears to be in the best interest of the City.
