Engineer's Estimate ($85,000 to $95,000) Question Deadline 09/14/2023 at 5:00 PM PT This project is subject to a pre-qualification process and only Earthwork and Drainage pre-qualified bids will be accepted. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Sherwood in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. This is a local public works project subject to BOLI prevailing wages The City of Sherwood may reject a bid that does not comply with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including the requirement to demonstrate the bidder's responsibility under and that the City may reject for good cause, all bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest. City reserves the right to waive minor informalities in any bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. ($85,000 to $95,000)
