Site work and new construction of a retail development in Sherwood, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
The City of Sherwood invites qualified Professional Services firms to provide landscape architectural and engineering design, bidding, and construction phase services for the development of the Sherwood Festival Plaza. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the proposal should be submitted with the project name "Sherwood Festival Plaza" prominently displayed on the cover. In an effort to ensure that all consultants receive the same information, questions on this project will only be accepted through email. Questions should be emailed to Kristen Switzer at switzerk@sherwoodoregon.gov. All questions and responses will be posted on the City's website for interested parties to review. The City will remove the name of the firm and person asking each question. Questions will typically be responded to within one business day. Deadline for questions will be March 11, 2022 at 2:00 pm (PST).
