Reference Number 0000333609 El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Contractors to provide Countywide Janitorial Services for the thirty-eight (38) County facilities. The County reserves the right to award one or more contracts or contracts from the proposals submitted. The Contractor shall provide the following services or functions in performance of the Janitorial Services requirements. Detailed requirements for each of the buildings are listed in this solicitation. There are detailed building maps located in Attachment C. The County is also seeking cost proposals for additional services that have been needed in the past. These additional services are Option One Building Walk-off Mats and Option Two El Paso Annual County Fair Janitorial Services.
