Fort Lewis College Aquatics Center Renovation - Bid Package #1 The scope of work includes converting the pool into a new weight room for the athletics department. Bid Package #1 Scopes: Selective demolition, concrete saw cutting, purchase geofoam, receive & install foam, cast-in-place concrete, gypcrete, earthwork/slab prep, electrical demo/rough-in, plumbing demo/rough-in.
