Work includes but isn't limited to Converting the existing maintenance breakroom into cubical spaces. Replace light fixtures, demo plumbing, paint, and new framed door to a current office. Infill existing door opening. New electrical, new data infrastructure. All line items listed are approximate and should be verified by the contractor. The awarded firm will provide project management, supervision, scheduling, equipment, labor, materials, freight, taxes, and applicable permits for this project. The Contractor shall complete all work within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This construction project is federally funded and requires compliance with all applicable FTA rules and regulations along with the City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, and State of California Departments, including but not limited to the Department of Industrial Relations labor codes, rules, and regulations.
