Renovation of a municipal facility in Lancaster, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Antelope Valley Transit Authority is located in Lancaster, CA. Work includes all items and labor required to replace six (6) existing Trane rooftop HVAC units with new equivalent or better Trane Units. Additionally, work is to include the replacement and upgrade of our existing Trane controller system with a new compatible controller system. We have specified Pelican Systems as we have identified that it meets our needs. However, consideration would be given to alternative approved equals. All line items listed are approximate and should be verified by the contractor.
