Q&A Deadline 11/28/2023 11:00 AM (PST) This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for A/E Design Services for the Lancaster Municipal Stadium Renovation, including but not limited to Design Development, preparation of Construction Documents, Permitting, and Bidding and Construction Engineering Support. SB 854 bill signed into law on June 20, 2014, established a new public works contractor registration program to replace prior Compliance Monitoring Unit (CMU) and Labor Compliance Program (LCP) requirements for bond-funded and other specified public works projects. The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) requires all Consultants and Subconsultants who propose or perform work on a public works project (as defined under the Labor Code) be subject to a registration and annual renewal fee.
