As of October 22, 2025, all bids were rejected for budgetary reasons. Summary: Project consists of renovating the entry and reception area of the Fire Dept Administrative offices at Fire Station #1. Work involves specific demolition as called out on the plans, construction of new lobby area with glass pass thru counter and waiting area. New ceilings and drywall walls where called for on drawings. Work will be going on while leaving an area for visitors and staff to enter and exit the building.
