Lair Auditorium Stage Rigging and Curtain Replacement Mandatory Project Walk-Through November 7th, 2023 @ 11:00 AM PST Email RSVP to esther.matuku@ccs.spokane.edu Deadline for bidders to submit questions by email November 25, 2023 @ 4:00 PM PST The work required to be performed consists of the enhancement of the stage rigging and curtains in the main auditorium and its related spaces, the installation of all new equipment and the repair (as needed) of existing stage rigging and curtains at Spokane Community College, together with all other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper completion of the Project (collectively, the Work sometimes herein). The auditorium has existing stage rigging and curtains that is not optimal for theatrical productions. Enhancements should be designed to meet the needs of the performances, though different settings on the same equipment may be used to achieve the desired results. Enhancements may also include deploying the existing resources/equipment in new ways or recalibrating them to better effect.
