The University of Calgary is soliciting proposals from Proponents qualified and experienced to provide support with out-of-home media managing to ensure our advertising is strategic, effective, cost-efficient, and inclusive of all available channels. For Calgary, a media managing service must support traditional and digital advertising placements, programmatic ad buys, and both digital and traditional out-of-home display advertising. Upon evaluation and rating of all proposals received, it is the university's intent to select a proponent that will be identified as the university's "Preferred Supplier" for the stated services of the RFP and terms and conditions of the subsequent contract. This is not an exclusive agreement as there are some situations where it is in the best interest of the university to deal directly with a media vendor. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
