Renovation of a detention facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This project consists of the demolition and abatement of the hazardous materials and demolition and replacement of window assemblies. Demolition and hazardous materials abatement include but not limited to approximately 3000m2 of ceiling stipple and gypsum boards. Demolition and replacement of window assemblies include but not limited to replacement of more than 550 existing window and steel bars assemblies. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
