Furnish and Installation of Machine Technology Machinery for CCCTC It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract to furnish and install various pieces of equipment for the Machine Technology program at Carroll County Career & Technology Center. County Public Schools, herein called CCPS, is contracting for the inside delivery, required rigging, uncrating, and installation of equipment as stated in Section 3 - Specification. Because curriculum is based on the machinery in place, *NO SUBSTITUTIONS*, in accordance with the attached terms, specifications, and general conditions. Should the bidder find any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among equipment specifications, the bidder shall bring the questions to the attention of the Purchasing Office via fax (410- 751-3105), or e-mail (ngcodne@carrollk12.org). The last day for questions will be Friday, October 20, 2023. Such questions(s) will be reviewed and where information sought is not clearly indicated or specified, the Purchasing Office will issue clarification via a written addendum which will then become a part of the bid and contract. There will be no pre-bid meeting or site visits for this bid. The BOECC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received whenever such rejections or waivers are in the best interest of CCPS.
