Number: N/A Description: This project, located at various locations in Washington County, will consist of milling, patching, and resurfacing asphalt pavements at Sideling Hill Rest Stop and Boonsboro Salt Barn. The work will consist of the following: (a) 3000, I-68, Sideling Hill Rest Stop Mill 2", Pave 2", & Patching Hancock, Maryland 21750 (b) 6642, Old National Pike, Boonsboro Salt Barn Mill 2", Pave 2", & Patching Other locations may be added as funding allows. Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Minimum wage rates for each Project, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids must only be made upon the latest electronic proposal forms (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration. In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. However, bids $100,000.00 and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids.
