It is the intent of Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) to solicit sealed bid from qualified vendors for bulk Landscape Wood Mulch, Playground Engineered Wood Fiber, and other Landscaping Materials. Pricing is requested for the products, delivery, and labor to spread the products. Pricing is also requested per yard for pickup. Orders will be placed on an "as needed" basis throughout the contract term. WCPS is not obligated to purchase any minimum order or total expenditures under this contract.
