Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Seadrift, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Construction at the existing Water Plant to include but not limited to a proposed Reverse Osmosis System. including concrete foundation. pre-engineered metal building. interconnect piping. yard piping. modifications to existing chemical feed systems. demolition. chain link fencing. site preparation. site grading; drainage. electrical work. SCADA programming. diesel generator. and all required appurtenances as shown in the plans and specification. Complete in place. Question Deadline 01/05/2024 at 10:00 AM CT Online Question Submission. Construction at existing remote well 3, 5, 6, and 7 sites including electrical power and controls; Complete in Place. This Project is Funded by the Texas Water Development Board and must comply with the requirements of the American Iron and Steel A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5%of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project is subject to American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
