Site work for a transportation facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
It is the policy of the Department of Transportation (DOT) that DBE's, as defined in 49 CFR, Parts 23 and 26, shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part with federal funds under this Agreement. Although the DBE goal for this procurement is 0%, RTA welcomes DBE participation. RTA is seeking a contractor to remove two (2) large bus shelters located on the East and West side of Main Street, just North of Franklin Street. The removal will include the following. Disconnect the electrical to the clock on the West side shelter. Remove the clock undamaged, and return to RTA. Remove and dispose of two (2) large bus shelters- Main & Franklin St. Remove and repair sidewalks per City of Dayton requirements. The contractor is responsible for all permits required.
