SCOPE OF WORK Base Work ACBM Items to be removed: 1) 1st Floor: Remove floor tile and ACM adhesive from the two restrooms and a break room. There is approximately 381 SF of floor space. The removal of non-acm base molding will be required. 2) 2nd Floor: Remove floor tile and ACM adhesive from the Front Lobby and Closet. There is approximately 359 SF of floor space. The removal of nonacm carpet and base molding will be required. NON-ACBM WORK 3) Remove all floor tile and base molding from two rooms. Please refer to the attached drawing. 4) Clean / Remove all visible mold. Remove all ceiling tiles and other porous materials. Sanitize the space. All work will be conducted as per the Mold Protocol included in this set of documents.
